What are the delivery charges for orders from the
Online Shop?

Delivery charges can range from $5 – $120, all depending on where you are located, the size and weight of the package, and how quickly you need it.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, PayPal, Master Card, American Express and E-Transfers.

How long will delivery take?

Orders within Ontario typically range from $15 – $25 for next day delivery for an average size order. While other provinces are around $20 – $40 for next day delivery for an average sized order.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Extremely, Our customers’ actual credit card information is stored on the servers of the payment processor.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order placed as soon as the order has been paid for.

So I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I send it to you and have you finish the repair?

Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. A technician will call you the same day once diagnosed with a quote before beginning any work on your Device.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 6 Month parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 6 months we will take care of it free of charge! (Physical & Liquid Related Issues Excluded)
